We are an Atlanta-based Enterprise Architecture company
Clear IT Architecture, a division of Griffin Solutions Group, is a new enterprise architecture service offering whose purpose is to assist companies in linking their business strategy to their IT assets and priorities. We believe there should be a business imperative driving every effort to understand, rationalize, and streamline IT systems. Any IT initiative should endeavor to be effective first, then efficient. Effectiveness comes from working on those issues or systems which have the most direct impact on the success of the company. Efficiency follows when we apply tactics to improve those critical processes and systems.
Many architects provide conceptual diagrams to envision the future state of business processes and related systems. We also bring a “hands on” approach to turning conceptual diagrams into actionable inventories of applications and integrations that need to be improved, modified, or replaced to achieve your company’s strategic goals. We have proven methods to quickly identify where your IT initiatives should be focused to change your IT landscape to be more responsive to your business needs.
Since many of these strategic IT activities require short/medium/long term engagements to create and implement new integrations and data conversions during transition to the new systems, Clear IT Architecture can engage other Griffin Solutions resources for those integration and conversion services.
